Registration

1. Full Conference Ticket includes access to the main program sessions, tea breaks, the welcome reception and the banquet (if any), and the conference proceedings from 7th to 9th November 2024. It includes access to all sessions on these days excluding Courses and Workshops. The main program sessions include the keynotes, papers, and other tracks mentioned on this website.

2. Day Passes -- from 10th October 2024

   • One Day Pass includes the above access for ONLY ONE of the chosen dates of the conference—either 7th, 8th, or 9th November 2024.  

   • Two Day Pass includes the above access for ANY TWO DAYS of the chosen dates of the conference. 

   • Participants will be able to register for Day Passes from 10th October 2024, after our Program Schedule is finalized.

3. Student registration includes all of the above access. Individuals who were students as of June 2024 (with a valid student ID) can purchase tickets under this category.  

4. The registration DOES NOT include air tickets, travel allowance, visa charges or accommodation.

5. Courses and Workshops will be conducted parallelly from 7th to 9th November (schedule will be updated soon). There is a nominal fee for Courses and Workshops and participants need to register for the preferred Courses and Workshops. This is because all courses and workshops have a seat limit. Registrations for a given course/workshop will automatically close once the seat limit is reached. 

6. HCI PAI members will have a discount of ₹2,500 for super early, early and regular tickets.

7. Group Registration: Groups of 10 or more members are eligible for a 20% discount. For availing this discount, please write a mail to pallavi.rao@iitb.ac.in or general_chair@indiahci.org   

Cancellation Policy

1. The "One year early" and "Super early" and Group Registrations are non-refundable.

2. The following conditions apply for "Early" and "Regular":

   • A 15% cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellation requests made on or before October 11, 2024.

   • A 25% cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellation requests made from October 12 and November 1, 2024.

   • No refund will be made for cancellation requests made after November 1, 2024.

   • The prevailing Indian Rupee (₹) equivalent will be used to calculate all refunds.

3. Registrations are non-transferable.

4. Registrations cost for Courses and Workshops is nominal, and therefore non-refundable.
